The Vertical Dance Workout series is created by the Official X Pole retailer in the UK Vertical Dance. Volume 1 covers from beginner to intermediate Pole Dancers, and Volume 2 intermediate to advanced.
Volume 1 contains 50 moves, as well as a full warmup and cool down section. The sections focus on building strength and endurance as well as transitions between the moves you learn.
I struggle to follow most fitness DVD’s as I’m quite uncoordinated but Katie Coates really breaks down the moves and repeats them slowly so it is quite easy to follow.
